This easy to make Champagne cocktail has an elegant blend of vodka, Champagne and passion fruit juice. We recommend Skyy vodka, Moët Champagne.

To make the Flirtini combine the vodka, Champagne, and pineapple juice in a highball or Collins glass filled with ice.



The traditional flavours of a cosmopolitan this fruity cocktail has a twist of raspberry. Add the ingredients and shake in an ice filled cocktail shaker until chilled. Strain into a martini glass and add garnish.

1 oz of citrus-flavored vodka
1 oz of Raspberry Vodka
.5 oz of Chambord (or raspberry liqueur)
1 tbsp of Lime Juice
1 tbsp of simple syrup
2 tbsp of Cranberry Juice

Sorbet & Champagne Cocktail

Who could resist – Sparkling champagne poured over some raspberry sorbet and then topped off with fresh raspberries.
Pick any flavour of sorbet you’d like. Go for pink or red colours, like a raspberry or strawberry flavour. Add a scoop of sorbet into a pretty glass and pour in the Champagne. Serve with a spoon and enjoy.

Raspberry Gordon's fizz

A berry-laden bellini-style cocktail, with an effervescently decadent feel.

  • 15ml Gordon's Sloe gin
  • 2 teaspoons raspberry purée
  • Champagne
  • Raspberries to garnish

How to make
Carefully spoon the raspberry purée into champagne glasses and add the Gordon's gin. Top up with Champagne or prosecco and garnish with fresh or frozen raspberries.
Serve in a champagne flute.
